Last Will and Testament

A Last Will and Testament is a legal document that is completed by the Testator while he/she is mentally capable and dictates how their assets should be divided among select beneficiaries. A personal representative or Executor is also assigned to carry out the Testator's wishes. Two witness signatures are required to be valid in Arizona.
