Quitclaim Deeds

A QuitClaim Deed is used to transfer property from one person (grantor) to another (grantee) without any warranty that the title is clear. QuitClaim Deeds are most often used between family members to fix an error to the original title, or to remove a joint owner after a divorce. QuitClaim Deeds are also used to transfer title into a Trust.

Quitclaim Deeds must follow specific Arizona Statute requirements to be valid, and they must be notarized and recorded with the County Recorder, which is included in our service.
